Position

both hands under your head with your fingers clasped.

of joints, memory lose, gout, one sided headache, back pain.

Goldfish Position
Lie
with your arms relaxed by your sides-palms down-at an angle of
about 45°

This position is particularly good for
releasing tension
and relaxing. It is used for Anemia,
constipation, lose of appetite, high blood pressure, diabetic,
tracheitis, indigestion (gastrointestinal problem), alleviate
depression, irregular menstrual cycle, poor blood circulation.

C.
The Stretched Position
Stretch
both arms above your head-keeping them as straight as
possible-palms up.

This position
creates traction throughout the whole body and can help to
relieve muscular tension and discomfort. It is used to relieving
nerve pressure, reducing, beauty care, increasing height on
teenagers below age 22.
