Groan, that difficult thing to achieve for many of us. Let's lighten up this idea a little bit. Whatever you do in whatever amount you do it is one step closer to fitness. Physically moving the body in a way that stimulates the energy in it and works the muscles is beneficial. So even if you only do 10 side stretches or knee bends you are helping yourself be a little bit fitter. SO FEEL GOOD ABOUT IT! Of course the body needs repetitive motion to change shape, build muscle and gain health. This is always something to work toward. But do something for your body no matter how small and you will feel the difference it can make! |
