BEING BALANCED

Balance isn't just about being able to walk a straight line. It is feeling centered, strong and grounded.

One of the simplest ways to feel more balanced is to do these 3 simple actions.

Breathing with Your Hands

Standing with feet slightly apart and arms at your sides.

 First scoop up the energy from the ground and bring it into your body by taking your hands and arms as if you are doing exactly that. When your hand scoop is in line with your feet, bring it straight up as high as the solar plexus (belly button). Visualize the earth energy coming into your body and BREATHE IN

Secondly scoop your hands from above your head and bring them straight down to solar plexus. You are bringing in energy from the heavens. Visual bringing in the universal energy and BREATH OUT

Third, you can take another breath in and with the hand at the solar plexus, palms facing away from you, push the energy away from you quickly and abruptly. This is to get rid of all negative and disruptive energy. Visualize doing this and BREATHE OUT

Repeat 3-4 times
