DRINK MORE WATER

Our bodies are about 80% water and water is essential for many of the physical functions within the body.

Water is also necessary for a healthy energy state. Water helps the flow or transfer of energy in the body. Energy from thoughts, life energy, emotional energy, any kind of energy you can think of. Stress is often the result of our thoughts or how we react to a situation. The emotional stress sits in the body and clogs the flow of energy. 

Drinking water helps move this clog. Add the visualization to it of flushing and moving out the stress. Add in some physical movement with the same intention and you will be pleased at how quickly you feel better.
