| RELAXATION
Its a simple message, its time to relax. In other words take time and stop the INTENSITY of what you are doing or thinking. The level of intensity you are holding is the key to relaxation. Its a simple step to slow down a bit. Tell yourself there is enough time to handle whatever you are doing or if you are worrying, that there will be enough time or a solution to handling the problem. The mind is very powerful and if you tell it that you can handle something easily or have enough time to deal with it all, then the mind accepts this as truth. You may have to repeat it to yourself a few times but it does work. For many people relaxation is enhanced by doing an activity such as taking a walk or listening to some music. Only you know what relaxes you. So take a minute and take your relaxation "pulse" and if its racing, listen to your body and take a minute to slow it down.
