Laughter is the easiest way to release tension in the body. It is pretty difficult to be tense and laugh at the same time. TRY IT!

On a chemical level, laughter releases endorphins in the body, feel good hormones. Its like a natural anti-depressant.

If you have pulled this card, take a look at your day.. maybe it need to be a little lighter ...as they say.. laughter is the best medicine.
