With so many health food products available in the market, it becomes a daunting task to stand in front of those shelves deciding which supplement is best for you. Do not fret. there's a new book coming out
in June 1999 that will solve this dilemma:
The Guide is a handy little book, packed with information, yet very easy to read and use. Descriptions of vitamins, herbs, food supplements, essential oils, and homeopathic remedies are placed in easy to distinguish boxes for each product, along with helpful tips and articles on choosing supplements. The Guide gives the reader an idea what combination formulas are available in stores. Each description is short, easy to understand and suggests several areas of use. I would like to point out two things that I liked most about this book. The Guide has an alphabetical index of content, as well as a suggested use-of-supplement index and 20 different categories within the book itself. You will now have the confidence to go into a health food store with The Guide (it is small enough-about 4.25"x 5.5" to carry in a handbag) and know what you need and what is going to work for you.
